Practical Support for Small Teams & Businesses
Practical help for small teams and small businesses: sites, systems, and cleanup, done right.
I take on small, well-defined projects (a website, a report, an automated task) and get them done without the overhead of hiring a full team.
30 minutes. No pitch deck.
I help small teams fix the operational chaos slowing them down (process, data, AI, and digital presence) without the cost of a full-time hire.

FaiivVisit
KoiPondProcess Automation
Took a client's fully manual, paper-based billing process and rebuilt it end to end as a digital workflow: no more paper, no more manual follow-up. (Company kept anonymous.)
Reporting Cleanup
Reporting cleanup work spans financial services, manufacturing, non-profit, and SaaS. New project specifics added as they wrap up.

Why work with me
I've operated inside the chaos, not just advised on it.
My background runs across SaaS, finance, and small business operations: the kind of roles where you own the process, the reporting, and the follow-up all at once. I'm also currently building a product from the ground up, from first idea through a working prototype, so I know firsthand what it costs to ship something real with limited hands and no shortcuts. That experience is also what I enjoy most: sitting with someone while they talk through a half-formed idea and helping them see it as something real and buildable.
That mix is the point. You get someone who can map a workflow in the morning, clean up the reporting behind it in the afternoon, and tell you honestly which problems aren't worth solving yet.
- Operations across financial services, manufacturing, non-profit, and SaaS: different scale, same bottlenecks.
- Currently building a product end to end, from first idea through a working prototype.
- Comfortable in the messy middle: spreadsheets, half-finished tools, undocumented handoffs.
- Plain-language work: no frameworks you need a consultant to interpret.
